A flying hotel project that can host approximately 5,000 people, a video about Sky Cruise has been attracting great attention on the internet recently.
This futuristic hotel that will travel above the clouds; It will have a swimming pool, shopping mall, restaurants and sports center. 20 nuclear powered engines; It will ensure that the flying hotel can stay in the air for years.
The video has been viewed more than two million times on Facebook and YouTube. It looks surreal but who knows?
This concept was originally conceived by artist Tony Holmsten, and German-Yemeni scientist and filmmaker Hashem Al-Ghaili created the video.
“I believe the current flight experience is tiring and outdated,” Al-Ghaili said in an interview. The time has come for innovations that make our flying experiences more comfortable.”
Al-Ghaili added that he hopes the technology necessary for the flying hotel will be in existence by 2040, but there are still many questions about the feasibility of a concept like this.
